Shifting In and Out:
The Management Office shall be informed at least 48 hours in advance of any moving involving a professional mover or large household items. Residents shall use the designated lift determined by the management office only (“Bomba” lift) and shall ensure that the common properties and area are not damaged in the course of such moving. Any such damage shall be made good at the occupant’s costs.
Loading / unloading are only allowed at designated loading bay:
The owner must notify the Management of any intended change in the proprietorship of his parcel or of any other dealing with his parcel of which he is aware, for entry in the strata roll maintained by the Management for this purpose.
Failure to Comply:
The Management reserves the rights to impose a penalty as per stated in Schedule 1 for failure to comply with any of the above rules.

Moving In
What are the Moving In procedures?
Movers to place a deposit of RM500.00 at the Payment Counter before clearance letter is issued.
Damage to existing fittings and fixtures (walkways,lifts)
Movers to park at the designated loading/unloading bays and use only the fire lifts.Lifts and walkways to be with protective covering.
Internal Renovation
Permission to carry our internal renovation?
Renovators must complete Form available at Payment Counter and place a RM3,000.00 deposit.

Renovators to show clearance letter to the Guards. Rubbish/Debris must be carted out of Condominiums Compound Sports and Recreational Facilities
